Tasting note
Color: bright ruby red Aroma: On the nose, strong aromas of cherries, raspberries, violets and notes of cloves. Character: Juicy and balanced on the palate, with a nice structure and strong tannins on the finish. Long-lasting aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with wild fowl and roast beef or veal. It also goes very well with fine duck breast or mature soft cheese, and much more.
Vinification
Aging in French barriques for 10 months, 33% in new oak barrels.
