About the wine

Tasting note
Beautiful blackberry and strawberry aromas framed by violet, reseda and rose scents. Full-bodied, straight-lined structure with silky tannins. Strong, bright ruby red.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with mushroom omelette, zander fillet with red wine sauce, coq au vin, veal breast, beef entrecote, braised or sauce-braised lamb, game specialities, soft cheese.
