About the wine
The slanted, gravelly soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Pinot Noir. The winemaker from the French winery Joseph Drouhin knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Pinot Noir with duck or cheese.

Tasting note
The bouquet of mushrooms and caramel candy shows a complex aroma structure and lots of finesse. The dominant nuances of raspberry, cherry and vanilla create their individual texture. A fruity red wine with a medium-bodied body and dominant acidity, which develops its individual structure in a balanced way with finely developed tannins on the tongue and on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with salmon, duck and red meat. Our recommendation: Drink this red wine at a slightly chilled 14°-16°C.
Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: After careful harvesting by hand, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented on the mash. The young wine then matures partly in new and also in used pièces.
