However, the Spanish winery Tomàs Cusiné is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this red wine. We think he succeeded! Tasting note
Impenetrable purple in the glass. On the nose, blackberries and plums as well as spicy aromas of cedarwood, eucalyptus and dark chocolate. Soft and velvety on the palate, with powerful, rounded tannins and a long-lasting, complex finish. A wine with good storage potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with vegetables, paella, fish.
Vinification
Vinified in wooden barrels, then aging for 14 months in new French barriques.
