Jack Daniel, our founder, was known as a Gentleman Distiller from Lynchburg, Tennessee, for his fine taste. This limited edition Gentleman Jack is inspired by his unique handmade Swiss pocket watch. To commemorate this moment, we handpicked barrels to produce an 86 proof printout of our Double Mellowed Tennessee whiskey.

Double filtering through a three-meter high charcoal layer of sugar maple. Ageing in artisanally produced toasted and charred American white oak barrels.

It owes its distinctive character to natural fermentation, careful distillation and the use of iron-free water, which flows from the Cave Spring spring at a constant temperature of 13 °C.
