Tasting note
This mixed set is bright straw yellow with green reflections. On the nose, refreshing aromas of ripe pome fruit, citrus and peach paired with mineral notes and a slight herbal spice inspire. On the palate, the wine is refreshing and fresh with aromas of pear and apricot and a long-lasting, slightly mineral finish.

Vinification
The grapes for this mixed set come from 10-15 year old vines from a vineyard with loess granite soil. As the name suggests, the grapes are fermented together at cool temperatures after harvesting and not just assembled after fermentation. The expansion takes place exclusively in steel tanks. The wine is certified organic and vegan. A regional specialty that has been produced around the city of Vienna for decades.
