About the wine

All grapes grow on Iselisberg and come from fungus-resistant grape varieties. The varieties Divico, Baron and Cabernet Cantor were used in bottling in 2023. The special thing about the “mixed set” wine type is that the grapes come from the same vineyard, are harvested on the same day and fermented and aged together.
