Sauvignon blanc from Tuscany? But yes! Very typical of the variety; a fresh, juicy drop with invigorating acidity.

Tasting note
Light straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, delicate notes of ripe grapefruit and exotic fruits. Juicy and well-structured on the palate, with an invigorating, well-integrated acidity. Delicious citrus and apricot aromas, again grapefruit. The pleasant balance and the long, aromatic aftertaste are remembered very positively.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with an apéro. Antipasti, prosciutto e melon, or even as a main dish with fish.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and the must is fermented in steel tanks. It is then aged in stainless steel tanks.
