About the wine
The fertile and blooming Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Bindella - Vallocaia conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
Hell's salmon pink. Red berries on the nose, some flowers. Plus peaches. On the palate of invigorating freshness. A Rosato with good excitement and race. Aromas of small, red berries, some ripe citrus fruit. A successful finish, you're looking forward to the second sip.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with antipasto, fish or prawns.
Vinification
After a short maceration period, the grape juice is carefully moved to steel tanks and fermented at a controlled temperature. This is followed by gentle filtration, after which the young Rosato rests for some time before it is bottled and sold.
