Tasting note
Dense ruby red color in the glass. On the nose, intense aromas of plums, raspberries and dark cherries. Plus fine notes of cloves, pepper and chocolate. Full-bodied on the palate, with soft tannins and good structure.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with hearty dishes such as beef steak, game or BBQ. Also ideal with spicy cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are aged in steel tanks to preserve the pure fruit.
