Tasting note
Light straw-yellow color in the glass. On the nose, intense aromas of exotic fruits such as pineapple and mango. Plus fine spicy notes such as cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Peach fruit on the palate, complex and creamy, yet sparkling thanks to the balanced acidity.
Vinification
The grapes are aged in steel tanks to preserve the pure fruit.
