Tasting note
An intense and golden color. The nose reveals aromas of dried apricot and orange zest, which give a pleasant freshness. On the palate, it is delightful with a touch of citrus before ending with a refreshing finish.

Vinification
Cold maceration in the tank for 48 hours before pressing - Pneumatic pressing process - Cold clarification - Fermentation in the tank at 12°C to 18°C. 6 months on fine yeast before blending and bottling.
