Tasting note
A pale yellow color scheme with green reflections. The nose develops fresh citrus aromas, accompanied by orange blossom and a touch of passion fruit. On the palate, the aging provides a silky texture with fine vanilla notes before ending with an elegant finish.
Vinification
Pneumatic pressing — cold treatment — 20% of fermentation in one-year oak barrels and 80% of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14°C to 16°C. On yeast with bâtonnage for 6 months in barrels — blending and bottling.
