Tasting note
Light straw yellow with greenish reflections. Pleasantly fresh on the nose with subtle notes of apples and compote. Elegant, delicate and dry on the palate with well-integrated acidity and notes of almonds.

Vinification
Hand-picked, chilled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The estate's most traditional Gavi is made from grapes from young vineyards in the heart of Rovereto. The perfect balance of aging gives the wine its typical fresh and dry taste.
