About the wine

Tasting note
The famous Etichetta Nera comes with the typical green-yellow color and gives off a complex bouquet with nuances unusual for a white wine, such as tobacco, green lemons and floral notes. Fresh and with lemony but mild acidity, subtly floral, spicy, mineral, very balanced and with silky elegance. An unfashionable, timeless classic that is also served on Queen Elizabeth's birthday.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with fried trout with ginger pear, omelet with salmon and fennel or fruity endive salad.
Vinification
Hand-picked, cooled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Made from old vines, from vineyards with low yields, this wine is the best and most famous Gavi in the world.
