About the wine
The story of the Massimago winery began in 2003 when the young agronomist and entrepreneur Camilla Rossi Chauvenet started her own project at the Massimago winery, which has been owned by her family since 1883. Classic Valpolicella wines such as Amarone, Valpolicella Superiore, Valpolicella Ripasso and Valpolicella DOC are produced. With lots of energy, creative ideas and pep, Camilla manages to breathe new life and character into these classics. Extraordinary and extremely high-quality wines are an absolute secret tip from Valpolicella!

Tasting note
Straw yellow color, intense nose of lime, orange peel, grapefruit and green apple. Dry on the palate with juicy, refreshing acidity and slightly salty minerality. This fresh white wine has a great drinking flow and ends with aromas of citrus fruits in the medium.

Vinification
The selected grapes are harvested manually at the end of August and gently pressed after a few days of skin contact. The malolactic fermentation and aging on fine yeast take place in steel tanks.
