Beautiful and fertile landscapes of Lombardy give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Olivini conjures up this sparkling wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Light rosé color, fine perlage, intense heavenly aromas of roses and honey, fresh taste, rich and full-bodied. Olivini is the first and, to date, only producer to rely on traditional bottle fermentation in the Lugana zone.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal as an aperitif, perfect accompaniment to fish dishes.
Vinification
Grapes from the Riviera del Garda Zone (Chiaretto). The fine perlage is produced by bottle fermentation, which took at least 36 months.
