About the wine
To get a feel for the hilly landscape aesthetics of Aargau, there is no way around this red wine, which the Swiss winery Nauer masters with a keen sense of texture. We have a special, dominant Gamay from 2017 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this gamay with duck with plum sauce or chimichurri.

Tasting note
The garanoir shows a dark color. The bouquet is flattered by a wonderful berry aroma. A velvety, round body rounds off this very pleasant wine.

Vinification
Mash fermentation for 8 days at a maximum of 28°. Ageing in used barriques for at least 8 months.
