Tasting note
Bright, brilliant ruby red with a sparkling core. On the nose, clearly buttery notes, filigree cherry, rose hips. Firm and full-bodied on the palate, balanced with cheeky acidity and fine tannin, elegant, firm on the palate in the finale.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with grilled or braised meat, game, mushroom risotto or aged pecorino.
Vinification
18 months in French barriques.
