Tasting note
Delicate rose gold. On the nose, a nice complexity with notes of ice cream candy, banana, yeast pastry, marzipan and a bit of lime. The palate has the same aromas with a full, broad body and good acidity.
Vinification
The Pinot Noir grapes, traditional red wine grapes, are pressed immediately, resulting in minimal skin contact and thus a white wine. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures and aging takes place in stainless steel tanks.
