Tasting note
The “Galil Yiron Syrah” with its shiny deep purple color shines with aromas of blueberries, black cherries and raspberry jam, accompanied by fine nuances of chocolate and clove. The wine has a full body, a velvety texture and a persistent elegant finish.
Culinary recommendation
Try the wine with juicy oven-roasted beef, roast duck breast in a bouillon, or sautéed mixed mushrooms.
Vinification
The “Galil Mountain Winery” is based on the region's five vineyards, which are between 430 and 800 meters high. After 2-3 weeks of warm and malolactic fermentation, the juice matures in French oak barrels for 16 months.
