Tasting note
The stimulating “Galil Yiron Rosé” has a tempting character of wild flowers and citrus blossoms. In its cyclamen pink color, the wine has a velvety texture with a noticeable acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as a simple aperitif or with various dishes such as grilled tuna or a delicious carpaccio.
Vinification
This rosé is a cuvée of Syrah, Grenache and a small proportion of Viognier grapes. The grapes are harvested in the cool and early morning and left in the shade for 24 hours after pressing. The must is then fermented in oak barrels and matures for about five months.
