The “Galil Mountain White” consists of a blend of 90% Viognier and 10% Sauvignon Blanc. This delicious blend gives the wine a shiny gold color, a sweet fruity vitality and a delicate acidity. The “Galil Mountain Winery” is based on the region's five vineyards, which are located between 430 and 800 m above sea level. State-of-the-art production facilities help control the winemaking process and the proven know-how offers an inspiring selection of award-winning wines that remain true to their roots. Under suitable conditions, the wine should keep well for 2 to 4 years. The “Galil Mountain White” is best enjoyed with soft cheese, chicken or with a variety of white meat dishes.
