Vinification
This balanced red wine is created from Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot, whose grapes grow in the Upper Galilee region. The vinification involves a 7-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a 6-month aging in oak barrels to give the wine depth and structure.
