Tasting note
The “Galil Alon White” features fragrant aromas of pears, apple pie, mint and citrus blossoms. The fruity white wine has a pleasant and balanced acidity with a silky texture and a caressing finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a combination of sea bass with avocado salsa, grilled chicken with heavily roasted pineapple salad as a side dish, or summer noodles with zucchini and ricotta.
Vinification
The cuvée for this elegant white wine is made primarily from Viognier, with a bit of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. The “Galil Mountain Winery” is based on the five vineyards of the Upper Galilee region, which are between 430 and 800m high.
