Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red. The intense scent delights with aromas of wild berries, sour cherries and a nuance of violets and hibiscus flowers. Very fruity, juicy on the palate, supported by elegant acidity and fine tannins. The finale is characterized by pomegranate and plum notes.

Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and traditionally vinified. The maceration in stainless steel tanks takes around 7 days, at a controlled temperature of 22-26°C. The wine then matures in stainless steel tanks for a few more months before being bottled.
