This dominant Pinot Noir 2015 — Gachlinger Blauburgunder is a triumph down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! To get a feel for the hilly landscape aesthetics in Schaffhausen, there is no way around this red wine, which the Swiss winery GVS Schachenmann masters with a keen sense of texture. Dark ruby red. Compact fruit plum blackberries. Nice palate with ripe aromas and soft tannins. Full-bodied and aromatic on the palate.
