Tasting note
Light lemon yellow. The nose is dominated by delicate aromas of green apples, which are harmoniously combined with notes of vineyard peach and chamomile. Its round and seductive body is accompanied by a pleasant and refreshing acidity. This is a light and easy-to-drink wine with a nice freshness and distinctive fruit aromas, which are characterized by citrus notes.
Culinary recommendation
It is ideal with pasta, risotto with seafood or as an aperitif wine.
Vinification
After harvesting, grapes are gently pressed and mashed at a temperature of 5° Celsius for around six hours. Then fermented at a controlled temperature of 18° Celsius. The expansion is also carried out in steel tanks
