About the wine
The white wine G.D., which is dedicated to Giacomo Damilano, the founder of the winery, has been produced since 2015 in a manageable edition of a few thousand bottles.

Tasting note
It is an elegant interpretation of the Chardonnay grape variety from the Langhe. The wine reveals intense notes of white flowers, with the complex scent of citrus, hazelnut and vineyard peaches, as well as floral notes of broom. The palate is smooth and enveloping, with wonderfully integrated wood, while remaining elegant, very fresh and showing a mineral-salty touch. It only ends in the long finale with a seductive aftertaste of roasted aromas such as mocha and caramel.
Vinification
Handpicked grapes. 50% aging in new tonneaux (500 liters) made of oak wood, 50% in steel tanks. After blending, the wine remains in the bottle for another 12 months to mature.
