Tasting note
A fruity rosé with aromas of strawberries, raspberries and red cherries. The wine has a nice creaminess and density.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect for a stylish aperitif on the terrace, or even great with seafood and fish.
Vinification
This wine is a blend of Negroamaro, Syrah and Cabernet Franc, which are vinified separately. The grapes are picked by hand and fermented in steel tanks. The grape varieties are then stored separately on the lees for a few more months before they are combined to form a blend.
