About the wine

Tasting note
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. A fine and delicate wine that shows aromas of broom, peach, almonds, pineapple and citrus fruits. On the palate, it is lively and fresh with a good structure and an aftertaste with citrus and minerals. It should be drunk young.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well not only as an aperitif but also with light starters, soups, pasta and rice dishes or with fish and white meat.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (18°C) to promote the extraction of the colours and flavours and the development and preservation of the original aromas of the grapes.
