Tasting note
Fresh, fragrant nose with aromas of lemon, grapefruit, green apple and some fresh kitchen herbs. On the palate, Friulano is dry and juicy with a balanced body and a persistent, mineral finish.
Vinification
The completely destemmed grapes are macerated for a few hours and then gently pressed. After fermentation, the wine ages on the yeast in steel tanks for six months.
