French Bloom Le Blanc is a dealcoholized wine blend made from organic French Chardonnay and opens with minerality with pear accents, the inimitable signature of the house. Between acidity and depth, the French Bloom Le Blanc reveals dazzling floral splinters in the heart. Its tropical notes are followed by the development of the acidity of Granny Smith apple, chords of white flowers and slightly spicy citrus fruits with sparkling freshness.
