Tasting note
The mineral aroma merges with notes of herbs and spices. Ripe fruit with hints of cedarwood, tobacco leaves and candied fruit. Soft on the palate and with tropical notes. The aftertaste is pleasantly dry and long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish dishes, seafood, red meat, roasts, oriental cuisine and vegetarian dishes.
Vinification
2 months in oak barrels with batonnage, then 2 months in stainless steel tanks.
