About the wine
Walter Massa met with a lot of incomprehension and shaking of his head in the 1980s when he decided to use the autochthonous Timorasso grape variety. It is mainly thanks to him that the variety is now being cultivated again by several winemakers in Piedmont. Walter Massa doesn't think much of fashion trends, but is nevertheless open to innovation. With great commitment and dedication to this variety, he brought in the first harvest of a single-varietal Timorasso in 1987.

Tasting note
Ruby red color, cherries, hay and rose petals on the nose. Soft tannins, fine acidity, elegant and pleasant on the palate. Good storage potential.
Vinification
In large glass containers of 54 liters, we spontaneously ferment and store our own yeasts. Filling without prior filtration.
