About the wine
Picturesque and blooming landscapes in South Tyrol give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Kellerei Kurtatsch conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a dining experience when you serve this Cabernet Sauvignon with Gruyère burgers or red meat.

Tasting note
The nose has complex aromas of ripe cassis fruit, laurel, rosemary and peppermint. The considerable amount of fruit is supported by a supple tannin structure, which stretches the finish spectacularly.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty, dark beef, lamb, venison and deer dishes.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation in a rotor tank and aging in French barriques for 15 months (at least 50% new wood), a further 4 months in large oak barrels and at least 1 year in bottle storage.
