About the wine

Tasting note
Rich ruby red color. A traditional and complex Bordeaux from Veneto. Notes of blackberry jam, black peppercorns, a touch of marjoram and nutmeg. Salty and fruity on the palate, with a spicy aftertaste.

Goes well with fine cuts of meat, Mediterranean cuisine, game, aged cheese
Vinification
Aging the wine for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
