Tasting note
Nice, delicate perlage. The Franciacorta Zerozerosette has a lot of body due to the long aging on the yeast without losing freshness and drinking flow. Citrus and spice aromas. A Franciacorta that is only produced in the best vintages.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with seafood, fish dishes, poultry or as an aperitif.
Vinification
Traditional bottle fermentation. Gentle pressing without maceration, fermentation in stainless steel and in small oak barrels, followed by aging on fine yeast. Aging in bottle for 66 months on the yeast.
