Tasting note
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay. Harvest: Hand-picked in boxes. Winemaking: White, in pneumatic press with qualitative division of the musts. Decanting with the addition of selected digestants and fermentation in steel vats. In spring, the composition of the cuvée begins, which, after the addition of sugar syrup and yeasts, is bottled for further fermentation and stacked lying down to form foam and slow refining. Refinement: At least 24 months under fermentation and at least 3 months post-disgorgement. Description: Yellow with a slight golden shimmer.
