Franciacorta Satèn is characterized by a very delicate perlage, which is in balanced harmony with the fine accents of ripe, tropical fruits and sparkling acidity.

Vinification
Bottled in the spring after 8 months in barrique (tirage) and aged on the yeasts for 24 months. 2 months of rest after degorgement (removal of the yeasts).
