Tasting note
60% Pinot Nero and 40% Chardonnay are the proportions to obtain this vintage Franciacorta rosé. Pinot Nero, vinified in pink, gives a good body, structure and, above all, elegant wine. The Chardonnay content contributes to the lively, racy notes. The refinement takes over 36 months after harvest, including at least 30 months on the yeast. The wine is then left in the bottle for another six months before being released for sale.
