The Franciacorta Rosé Millesimato impresses with its intense pink-red color. Delicate scent of red cherries and rose petals on the nose. Creamy on the palate, delicate perlage, full-bodied and perfectly balanced. Elegant, long-lasting finish.

Vinification
After the high-quality Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes are gently pressed, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The base wine is then bottled, where the second fermentation takes place on the lees for 36 months. After removing the yeast (disgorging), the necessary dosage is added to the wine.
