Tasting note
A cuvée of three quarters of rosé pressed Pinot Nero and a quarter of Chardonnay from almost twenty different vineyards. The pressing takes place in steel tanks. After eight months, it is assembled, followed by 30 months of aging on the yeast. The result is a “Franciacorta ideale per le occasioni più importanti. Sopratutto le più romantiche” says Maurizio Zanella with a wink of the most playful of his wines (“a 'Franciacorta ideal for the most important occasions. Especially the most romantic ones.”)
