Tasting note
On the nose, elegant aromas of blackberries and raspberries develop, accompanied by subtle yeast notes. Vinification
Made using the classic bottle fermentation method, from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this Franciacorta matures on the lees for at least 36 months, giving it its characteristic fineness and depth.
