Tasting note
The Contadi Castaldi Franciacorta rosé brut is a very successful cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero. It was aged partly in steel tanks, partly in barriques and contains notes of pink flowers, juniper, as well as nuances reminiscent of yeast pastries.
Culinary recommendation
The Franciacorte Rosé is a perfect aperitif.
