Vinification
Since 1995, this Franciacorta has been dedicated to sculptor Aligi Sassu (1912-2000), a family friend. The label shows horses in love, a sculpture in Bronce, his last work, which is on display in the cellar. The wine has great style like an artist. The Franciacorta is absolutely at the center of attention: uncompromising, dry and stubborn. Bottle fermentation 36 months.
