Tasting note
The Cuvée Essence Satèn Brut is only produced in very good vintages and is offered with an indication of the year. It consists of 100% Chardonnay. Ageing on yeast begins six months after harvest and lasts at least 24 months. The wine is then left to rest in the cellar for a further six months before being released for sale.
