Tasting note
The Cuvée Essence Noir Extra Brut Millesimato is only produced in very good vintages and is offered with vintage information. It consists of 100% Pinot Nero. The aging on the yeast begins 6 months after the harvest and lasts at least 36 months; the wine rests in the cellar for a further 6 months before it is released for sale.
