Tasting note
Dosage Zero — irresistible in its fruity statement and the perfect balance of all components. Numerous fruit aromas in the fine taste, yeasty nuances in the center and pleasant minerals in the long aftertaste. Residual sugar 1/2 gr/lt.

Great as an aperitif, with starters, risotti (vegetables, seafood or fish), white meat, poultry and fish dishes.
