Vinification
A few words about vinification: The Chardonnay grapes are handpicked and pressed, and the following spring, a blend with the white-pressed Pinot Noir is created. The wine ages on the lees for at least 60 months and in the bottle for at least 10 months after disgorgement and bottling.
